Dharma Merchant ServicesReviews of dharmamerchantservices.com

Dharma has been the most open, honest, and respectable merchant services company I have worked with while looking for a card processor. They reviewed multiple statements, gathered all the information for POS systems, and were completely honest. From my experience they have been the only completely honest and respectable company I have worked with during this card processor search.

I had a great experience with Trace Wendell and Dharma! His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, got back with me in a timely manner, and truly went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and he handled my situation perfectly. It’s a rare find these days, to come across a company that seems to genuinely care about customers the way Dharma does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a company I feel you can trust! - Erickson Dental Care

Having not much of a background with a service like this I appreciated the care with which they provided helpful information, options, and guidance at every step, the accessibility of their customer service is unmatched. I have had a very positive experience and highly recommend Dharma.

Love my Dharma folks! Their “Fair Pricing. Honest Practices. Doing the Right Thing” works for me.

I’ve been with Dharma for a dozen years, and I’ve always found them to be trustworthy, reliable, and completely transparent. We had a breach recently, and they’ve held our hand at every step of the way as we got set up with a new account. After over 25 years in business, Dharma is hands down our most dependable partner. Highly recommended

Finally! After 23 years in business I found Dharma. I cold have saved thousands...even 10's of thousands if I had signed up with them originally. Gad I have now. Everything was so easy to setup. And Rates are incredible. So glad to have switched.
