Extremely customer service minded. Had a small hiccup with the pick-up but Daniel Gonzalez got it straightened out right away. Answered all emails promptly. Great experience and my first with the air division.

Thank you for the feedback!
It's been a pleasure working with DGX since its inception. We have had some snags recently but nothing that wasn't resolved. We will continue to make DGX our default air cargo carrier. The personnel there are the best!

Many thanks to you!
Your service is great, but your rate quotes are always inaccurate. As we know how to measure our crates and everything we ship goes by dimensional. As we charge our customers the amount we are told it will cost us to ship this (needless to say), makes us extremely unhappy.
