Taking part in the Expressive Arts Therapy Training and the Georgia Singing Journey were among the best experiences of my life. They allowed me to connect more deeply with myself, with others, and with the emerging energy of life itself

I was invited by the Institute to sing Georgian healing songs within an opening event for a major Oxford conference (‘Transforming Trauma’) The brief could have been challenging - to offer a reflective space for large numbers of participants arriving in the city - but it was a delight to be part of, as it was beautifully conceived and executed. Also as part of the conference, I attended a workshop with Swan which involved breath work, vibration, circle singing, improvisational voice work and reflection - all seamlessly combined to powerful effect. Swan and the team clearly take a lot of care to offer experiences which are well planned and grounded in a deep understanding of the various artistic and somatic practices being explored.

Attending the IDA event was deeply restorative and eye-opening. It wasn't just a workshop, but a space to refine how we perceive, relate, and participate in life. The blending of art and spiritual approaches allowed for profound personal reflection and creative awakening. Highly recommended for anyone looking to reconnect with art as a living, sacred practice

I had the honor to participate in a workshop while staying at Chateau du Fey in France. I came in with little understanding of what it was about, and left literally blown away. The teachings were profound, healing, fun and everyone participating seemed to overwhelmingly positively impacted by the week we spent together. T’was magical and Swan is an extraordinary teacher.

I really enjoyed my 1 week retreat near barcelona with the institute of devotional arts. The space was lovely. Beautiful nature all around, amazing healthy good. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere ideally suited gor creativity. The way swan and their team handled the retreat was super smooth. Simple, honest, full of heart ! The artistic level was top notch. I learned a lot about singing in choir and the musical harmony that we explored added even more harmony to the human relationships with the 40 person présent at the retreat. I loved exploring painting, dancing, singing, sharing, meditating with people from many different countries. This experience was deep and joyfull ans inspired me a lot.

What an absolutely unforgettable journey to Georgia! In such a short time, it felt almost unbelievable how a group of people from all over the world, united by a shared passion for art in general and singing in particular, became such a close-knit community. My deepest appreciation goes to Holly and Swan. Your energy, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made this experience truly exceptional. You created an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome, safe, supported, and inspired. I was equally touched by the generosity and hospitality of our hosts. Their kindness, openness, and pride in sharing their culture made every moment feel authentic and meaningful. It was an experience filled with connection, joy, and memories that will stay with me for a lifetime. Thank you, Swan, Holly, and all the hosts, for making this such a remarkable adventure.
