Quaint little room. Only issue was that the floors were cold but what do you expect when Galveston gets down into the 20's. Would stay again!!

Enjoyed the stay with super comfortable beds. Small, but very clean and convenient location. Hair dryer did not work and I would suggest putting a mirror on the wall outside of the bathroom. Will be back!

We misunderstood that this was a house with very small rooms and not a proper hotel. For clarity, it’s a corner lot with street parking. They provide a temporary parking pass, which was a nice perk. The access is completely electronic and worked as expected. The room is tiny. Barely enough room for our stuff (we needed a room as our cruise was departing the following morning). 10 minute walk to downtown. Beautiful neighborhood. No frills, but comfortable. Quiet and safe. Clean and tidy. If you’re looking for something quaint but utilitarian, this is probably a good fit.

Excellent find!

Room temperature control is controlled centrally and was unable to regulate my own temperature to cool the room during a warmer part of the day. Regardless the room fan worked well and the heater worked at night to keep the room warm as temps dropped

Great job!!! Perfect size for two people. Very clean and very quite place to just kick back and relax. Perfect location.

So much character here and in the surrounding neighborhood. Great communication and check-in was easy. Small room/rooms so know that going in but ours was really nice and a good use of space. Good coffee available was a nice bonus. Lots of places to eat nearby and easy walk to the strand and trolley.

We were under the impression it was a bed and breakfast. Our mistake. The rooms were tiny, busy most of all cold! Although it was a freak cold weather, the rooms could have been warmed prior to our arrival. Small units were inadequate for heating. The staff was excellent for trying to help. Maybe three star instead of two.
