Declined my agency from being listed with no reasons as to why. Sent multiple submissions asking for why and they fail to respond. We are listed on every other platform similar to them yet nothing from them. Just avoid using this platform.

We take all feedback seriously and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of communication. We’ve reached out directly to make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate the opportunity to fix it and feature your agency properly. – The DesignRush Team
This company is a scam They charge you an annual fee for posting on the site. In the first 4 months not a single person clicked on a link to our profile nor did anyone visit our site through their product. They make you bid for projects, then, if the project ends up being bogus and they don't provide an actual connection, they don't refund your money.

Hi Elie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value every client’s experience, and we’re sorry to hear that the results so far have not met your expectations. Since joining our Advanced Marketplace package, your profile has been exposed to over 15 qualified projects and received dozens of qualified visits to your website. While it’s unfortunate that you were not selected for the projects you participated in, and that the one you initially won did not move forward, we want to reassure you that we have provided clear evidence confirming that all projects on our platform are fully verified. Many agencies are successfully securing clients and building strong relationships through these same opportunities, and we’d be happy to review your strategy with you to help maximize your results. Our priority is always transparency, fairness, and creating real value for our members. – The DesignRush Team
