This was my first time working with a creative director, and to be honest, I was very nervous about giving up control over our vision. Sitara not only understood that but also handled everything with care and consideration. I could tell she observed my initial anxiety and made sure that every step of the process was thoughtful, collaborative, and reassuring. She truly poured herself into the work, ensuring that I received an exceptional final product. She helped elevate our company’s branding, refining our logo and updating key materials like letterheads, PowerPoint templates, posters, pamphlets, and business cards. What stood out the most was her ability to take my ideas—despite my non-creative background—and translate them into something modern, unique, and deeply reflective of our mission as a psychiatry practice. Every time she presented three options, she went above and beyond by including a bonus mood board, helping me refine my vision with industry trends in mind. By the time we moved on to our second project, I had complete confidence in her.
