Very impressed with exceptional customer service we received from DesignerOptics. Frames we received were as expected and beautiful.

I paid for 2 day FedEx shipping and received the item on September 21st, 12 days after it was shipped. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop with this retailer as long as they use FedEx to ship items.

Im glad to have received my sunglasses which look great but disappointed that the arrival was delayed. I ordered them in advance to wear them on vacation in Europe but received them upon my return.
