Hello Kc, We are very sorry that you did not receive your order in a timely manner. The demand for the product truly exceeded our expectations, leaving our stock depleted. We’re so sorry for the delay and the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have not yet received your order or any other concerns or questions through email support/chat.
I ordered glasses and was told my glasses are out of stock and should be available on July 23 than received another email saying delay pushed back to July 25. Than another after saying the company they receive glasses from has been closed for weeks so there's not a time they can give me. I am not happy with the this customer service and how I should have been told or given option but for refund. Still waiting on that reply. Let's see what I'm told about getting a refund. Not satisfied at all. Maria
