Hello Miral, Because of loyal customers like you, we’re excited that Designer OPtics is growing so fast. Thank you!
The SMITH sunglasses I received have inconsistencies with the 4 Other pairs of SMITH sunglasses I own. This makes me question the authenticity of this pair. No worries, I just want to return them for a full refund. It has been a week since I sent an email to you asking for return instructions; no reply. Now I am very concerned that I will have to take other measures for a refund. My other $200 SMITH sunglasses came with a SMITH case, the label came on the box in the correct position (not upside down like this pair) came with cleaning cloth...Authentic SMITH sunglasses are awesome! These are not like any pair I own. I want my money back. You can keep these.
