Order:SY271013 I have not received my order and I have not received any information on what is being done to fix this. I requested a refund and again have not received any information. I would like a refund please.

I hope that there is zero or negative numbers to give them. My name is Mohamed Illafe, I made my order on January the 18th and receive them 29th. I asked for the high index lenses and paid 199$ for them, but I have revived the standard ones. I was very unsatisfied and tried to return the glasses, but once you order from them your money is never back. I tried to solve the problem sent the glasses back and called them to ask for if they can fix them immediately because I am teaching at school and I can not see without glasses but I have to wait like 10 days to get my glasses back which is make me very mad and i ask to talk to a manger many time, and when transfer me always the manager not their. I leave a message to him or her, and it is never returned or called back. What kind of customer satisfaction they talk about it?

Hello Mohamed, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Kindly provide us further details through Mail support/chat, We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation.

Order was fulfilled pretty quickly. My sunglasses arrived within a week from order date. Only reason I took of a star that in case you have a return, they require you to ship it back with signature confirmation which will end up costing you about $10 of return shipping fee plus a $5 handling fee for the return itself so your refund will be minus $15 I probably won’t order again from them unless I have the chance to try on the exact style / model at a store before, to avoid a return. If they’d make returns easier (like Amazon) I’d def order more models to try on
