good, helpful service

It was easy to order though a little un-nerving at it was my first time useing a non optician office.

Timing was good received my order one day shipping.

My original frames were very delayed without communication to explain. I emailed customer service and spoke to Lilly. She was extremely helpful and checked in routinely until I received my frames. Lilly was great.

Very slow shipping

The glasses are just what I ordered but the progressive lenses may not be quite right in terms of gradation.

Took several emails to get info on returns & just kept getting same information about how to do on line & that didn’t work at all and there’s no one around to talk to or answer phone calls

The glasses are BEAUTIFUL! Looking forward to placing another order. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the wait time.
