You catch good deals occasionally. They're very slow with processing your order, expect 3-4 weeks on simple reader-glasses.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses with next day shipping in hopes that I would get them to wear with my birthday outfit. Unfortunately, they didn’t ship until about two weeks after purchase. I was a bit disappointed, but the sunglasses are beautiful. Customer service refunded me for the cost of next day shipping, so I really saved with this purchase.

Well I paid for Lens Color: Transitions Xtra Active Grey but they are not . I am not returning them because it took extremely longer to receive them “do to staffing issues “ on the phone recording. I have been getting my glasses from this company for. 4 years but I will be going elsewhere

One of the glasses I bought had a loose arm. And was kind of dirty. I also paid for overnight shipping. And get it 4 days after it shipped. And 2 weeks after the order date.

Liked the turnaround time The prices were better before but I would still recommend.

It took almost a month to get my frames.

The customer service was great! Lilly did a superb job keeping me informed and responding in a timely fashion. However, the website needs work. The estimated times for processing and delivery were very long and the glasses arrived with imperfections. They were no assemble properly. I had to tighten the screws after I received them. I do not think I will order frames from them again. Not because of the customer service or even the product, just because it takes about a month from the time you place the order to you receive the frames.
