I ordered a pair of Nine West frames with prescription lenses. They charge more than other site but definitely cheaper than going to a well known optometrist. When the glasses arrived I noticed immediately that a stone/bead was missing on the arm. Which was disappointing because the lenses were perfect. I contacted customer service and after a couple days of back and forth emails I was sent a shipping label to return the frames. I sent them out the following day. I recently received another pair but my prescription was not used so I can't wear them. I've emailed but have yet to get a response. I've been wearing broken glasses so I was really looking forward to getting these frames & lenses. At this point I just want a refund.

Worst experience ever. Glasses were ordered and they never arrived. Shipping label was created but never got to post office. Emailed three times with no reply. Opened a dispute with PayPal. Paypal refunded my purchase. Don’t purchase from this site unless you want to get scammed.

Glasses took 3 weeks to arrive. The measurements did not match what the on line measurements stated. Also the color was totally different than shown. Customer service was horrible! No phone # for company . I emailed 3 x with no response. Has long wait times and disconnected with online chat. Finally chat person said I can pay to send them back and pay a 50% lens restocking fee. I explained this was not my fault and I should not be penalized. Just disconnected with chat and never called or emailed back by manager as requested. I even researched the owners name and the phone # of insurance co he works for discuss. Still no luck! I shipped them back at my expense . I had to go through 3rd party dispute to get my refund via PayPal.

DONT TRUST THIS SCAM! From the start to finish has been a nightmare. Shipping times are b/s they take far longer, the maintenance kit you get tricked into thinking is actually a maintenance kit, is some pathetic small spray and cloth, my Medicaid kit was far nicer then this one! The glasses are completely different then what they look like online, from the shape to everything else, I had to see if it was even the right pair. The prescription is wrong and blurry, gives me a headache, despite me providing a copy of my RX I JUST got 3 months ago from my Optometrist. Here is the best part, my prescription lenses, that I would like to add I paid extra for all the add ons, have a big gash/scrape across the top corner, as if they somehow missed seeing that when sending it. Oh, it gets better, the additional original lenses that came in the frames were sent in the box literally not even in a sealed evelope... but not because there was not one to put them in. There was a small unsealed envelope, I imagine they should have gone into and a large zip lock bag that was zip locked shut, but empty. I could hear the lenses banging around in the box the moment I picked it up and as you can imagine, they are also extremely damaged and scratched. Even the frames themselves have scratches and sticky residue all over them. I can't believe what a disappointment this is and I promise you there is going to be some serious issues if they try to give me ANYTHING other than a full refund and if they even DREAM Of charging me some sort of restock fee! Don't trust this scam!

I received defective frames. I had to send them back.

Been excitedly awaiting my new eyeglasses. They shipped June 8. It is now June 20 and still don't have my them. Post Office says they were delivered to a PO Box and I don't have PO Box. Designer Frames wants me to do all the leg work and file a claim. I don't have the info needed to file (package size?) etc. No help from the shipper. Disappointed and out $300!

I bought progressive lenses and they are useless and need to be replaced because, as explained by my optometrist, they need to be customized very precisely for the person's face and eyes.
