DermisReviews of dermis.ai

Software really doesn't do anything special that can't be coded with AI.

Since working with the Dermis app, we’ve generated just under £4k in monthly recurring membership revenue, over £10k through rewards and loyalty, and just under £3k from notification offers. We originally came to Dermis wanting a system that would allow us to sell memberships easily and manage them without added complexity. What we didn’t fully realise at the start was just how well the rewards and loyalty system and notification offers would perform for our patients. The platform has helped us create more consistent income and improve patient engagement without adding extra pressure on the team. There were some teething problems initially but it’s all working well now. Support has been great and the strategy behind it clearly works.

Since joining Dermis, we’ve added over £1,000 in new monthly recurring revenue and are already approaching £10,000 in total app revenue, all in around six months. I genuinely thought the concept was genius from the start - there’s a huge gap in the market for a white label app in aesthetics, and Dermis has allowed us to have exactly what we wanted without the massive cost and headache of building our own.

Very easy app to use. Joe and Thomas have been good to work with. Great communication. Patients are happy with the app.

Both Joe and Thomas are extremely helpful and brilliant to work with. Their genuine commitment to helping clinics succeed is evident in everything they do. They’ve provided invaluable guidance to our team, including staff training on how to confidently and effectively present memberships to patients.Their support has made a real difference. The dermis app has been a great addition to the clinic and has received good patient feedback which is extremely important.
