Horrible customer service. My shaver doesn't work from pink light to blue light. They sent me videos to watch and umpteen emails without any resolution. I can mail it back but don't know where or how much it will cost. They never ever offered me a replacement. Don't waste your money

I ordered product, not satisfied, while company answered texts you have to send product back to China, which costs more than product. Very disappointed.

This is a bait bait and switch company. The product I purchased broke well within the 30-day period. However, there has been radio silence from customer service. At first they asked me to send a video showing what was wrong, which I did. Then they asked me to send another video showing what was wrong. I explained I have already sent a video and did they want me to send it again. Since then there's been radio silence. This product not only does not work but the customer service is an absolute joke. Don't waste your money.

Don’t buy from this company!! They are not legitimate. They will give you a defective product and not give you a refund. The return policy is BS!! It’s all a scam. Wish I had done more research before I bought.

This company is a scam. They have a registration in the US and claim to be woman-founded with a storefront that appears to be US based, but they are based in China. They don't respond to emails, there's no customer service, the product doesn't work, and they'll keep sending you and charging you for blade replacements. If you've been scammed by them, I'd request a chargeback from your credit card company. It appears Dermave may or may not refund you and will require you pay for shipping back to China.

The website assures you your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed-products are refundable. I should have dug deeper-you are responsible for the return shipping to China! That basically negates the refund. I gave up trying to talk to someone, the lag time from return emails makes it clear the customer service isn’t in the US despite their claims the company was founded by an American. The trimmer doesn’t work and is a total waste of money. There is no way to leave a review so any review you see is made up.

Would select zero if possible. Placed my order which was supposed to ship within 2 days. No communication about shipping delays from the company. Nearly two weeks go by and still no notification that my order has shipped. Now they have shorted my refund due to the difference of conversion rate. It took SEVERAL attempts to get a response from customer service. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. AVOID.

Purchased this expensive product cause it looks like it comes from the US but it was from China. Never did it say on website that you need a special adapter which was not included. Could not find adapter in any store so finally bought online. They allowed a $3 dollar credit to my account because of that which hardley covered the cost of the adapter. Followed instructions and the trimmer never charged at all !!! Total junk! Went back and forth with emails with my request for a refund. They did not believe me that it did not work and they wanted me to take a video of this. I had already returned the online adapter and told them that. After a few more messages back and forth they wanted me to return the product to China which costs a lot like other reviewers are saying. I doubt after that I would even get my refund so I told them I was done and I am just going to leave a review so others will be aware and not purchase from them. Hope this review helps others not make the mistake I made.
