If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this app at all costs. The hidden charges are awful. The app is usless. There is better out there. And god help you if you want to talk to customer services. Im surprised they are still able to trade.

I have been a client for many years but my staff rollover recently was the cause of multiple pitfalls discovery in the subscription. I have been paying for staff members left for so long and myself as well as the accountant. Simply I should have archived them where I was not advised to do so until I questioned the recent invoice. Once I explained these poeple left years ago there was no offer to rectify the billing issue and move forward. Now I cancelled the subscription mid month and charged a whole month in advance with the excess dismissed employees again . There is absolutely no customer service support . Sadly discovered the hard way.

Need to know further in advance post openings, what, where, pay, hours, etc. Need to know in advance if we get the positions we apply for.We understand that these posts are going to be filled and challenging, but we all have families and they should come first so advanced notice is a priority . Thanks
