About Delta Catalyst Lab

Delta Catalyst Lab is an executive coaching, mentoring and consulting firm founded by Rachel Honoway - a Simon Sinek Certified WHY Coach. Rachel and her team guide executives, helping them lead with confidence through periods of significant growth and change in their careers and business. Clients include high-performers who are seeking a path to the senior executive level; as well as CEOs & founders who are leading their organizations through major strategic growth initiatives. The team works with leaders to discover their WHY - their deep-seated purpose or belief. This gives us a level of clarity that’s unmatched - we can easily see what does and doesn’t work for them and what does and doesn’t align with their ideal future self. We then define their ideal future self, identify what’s been holding them back, and create actionable plans to turn those challenges into pockets of opportunity they can use to accelerate their way to achieving their goals. When leaders have this level of clarity throughout their organizations, all employees can be empowered to make an impact. But, not all of them have been equipped with frameworks for goal-setting, decision-making, and change management – so we take it a step further with individual coaching, coaching for teams, and group coaching with external peers designed to get more members skilled, engaged, and moving forward aligned with purpose.
