I worked with Rachel during my time at FMTC when she served as CEO. One thing that stood out was her ability to help leaders step back from the day to day pressures of work and reconnect with the deeper purpose behind what they are trying to accomplish. Rachel consistently focused on the “why” behind decisions and priorities. That perspective helped our team stay aligned and make better decisions during a period of significant growth and change. People stepping into bigger roles or dealing with major decisions would benefit from working with Rachel.

I had the privilege of working with Rachel when she served as Chief Marketing Officer while I was the SVP of Strategic Partnerships at e-TeleQuote Insurance. Throughout that period of time, I consistently found Rachel to be an exceptionally insightful leader with a rare ability to combine strategic thinking with genuine mentorship. Rachel has a natural talent for helping professionals see opportunities and possibilities they may not recognize in themselves. She communicates complex ideas with clarity, asks the right questions, and guides people toward thoughtful, confident decisions. I personally benefited from her perspective and leadership, and I always respected her ability to balance high-level strategy with meaningful support for the people around her. What stands out most about Rachel is her commitment to helping others grow. Whether she is guiding professionals who want to advance their careers or advising executives navigating complex challenges, she brings a thoughtful, practical approach that builds confidence and drives real progress. Anyone working with Rachel as a coach will gain not only a knowledgeable advisor, but also a trusted partner who genuinely cares about helping people reach their professional and personal goals. — Randy Schuler

My experience with Delta Catalyst Lab has been phenomenal. I hired Rachel and her team to come into our organization to coach our emerging executives, and to moderate multiple c-suite goal setting meetings. The work has been thoughtful, deliberate, and quite impactful. Rachel has a wonderful way of “reading the room” and identifying what an individual needs to get unstuck. I am noticing great individual improvements, as well as a higher level of functioning for our executive team as a whole. Rachel does this work in a respectful and empowering way and I’m grateful for our continued work together.
