My representative's name was Aaron. He was very professional and I like dealing with Delta. I was initially hesitant about spending so much upfront for a warranty, but it was worth it!!! Solid value, you get what you pay for.

The person I was fortunate enough to speak with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No pressure to purchase, and I wasn't told like I was with other companies that the offer I was being given was gone once I hung up. I was given the time to shop around and speak with my mate without losing the first offer given

First time I claimed for a covered and damaged part. They were extremely rude, they tried not to authorize the coverage several times. Said part was fine when it was damaged. After two weeks of struggling and spending unnecessary money, they authorized a low quality replacement. Then they lied to my mechanic about payment: gave non-working credit card numbers, said they mailed a check when they didn't... at the end took a month to pay. My mechanic won't work with them again!

When I purchased my car, I decided to forego the extremely expensive warranty the dealership was offering. After word from a family member, I decided to look into third part warranties, this is how I found delta. I have now used the services of delta twice, the first it seemed that the mechanic had difficulty reaching the company, but now after his inability to diagnose a rather simple issue (a bad fuel injector), I'm not so sure it was an issue with Delta. With my second repair I decided to take my chances and bring the car into an Audi dealership expecting to pay out of pocket quite a lot. To my utter delight, I was completely wrong. My car was quickly diagnosed by the dealership and Delta speedily approved the repairs. The phone call from the dealership was full of nothing but praise for my warranty associate Aaron and his quick work on getting my claim approved. Anytime that I have had to call and talk with Aaron he has been nothing but pleasant and eager to help me sort out my car issues. I highly recommend Delta to those looking for security with their automobile. Delta helped to make this a stress free process. While it would be lovely to not need their services again, I know that sometime in the future I will. I am 100% confident that the process will be just as smooth.
