Delta Auto Protect is a great company! They really work with you to make sure the policy you are getting fits your needs. The representatives are very friendly and actually make you feel like your opinion and needs matter. The quote they offered me was much more reasonable than some of their competitors so this reason, coupled with the positive interaction I had with the company, made it worth it for me to buy a policy with them

I was having major problems with my air conditioning leaking water on to to floor of my car. I drove into a nearby repair shop to have it looked at. I was afraid that if enough water leaked into my vehicle, it could cause electrical problems or make my speakers defective. The staff at the repair shop took a look at it and it was such a quick fix. I haven't had the issue since. All I paid was my deductible to basically prevent a problem that could end up costing much, much more in the future.

Shopping for extended warranties is stressful! I was in the market for a warranty for about two months and everything was a bust. I felt like so many companies were overcharging and I didn't like it. I ran across Delta Auto Protect and decided that it wouldn't hurt to give them a call. I was so pleased to discover that their coverage was affordable and adequate. I haven't looked back since. It's one of the best decisions that I've made for my car.

I've never tried an extended warranty company before, I assumed that when you buy a car, you take on the responsibility of the repairs. Someone explained to me how extended warranty works and after doing some research, I decided to go with Delta. Im sooo glad I did because within 3 months the water pump went out in my car and the warranty got it replaced and took care of everything! Im so happy that I don't have to worry about car repair anymore, I don't know anything about cars.

While driving I hard loud clicking sound when turning the wheel. My steering wheel vibrated alot. I thought my steering would come loose. I went in to see a mechanic who confirmed that my Cv axle assembly would need to be replaced. I consulted with Delta Auto Protect to ensure the lowest out of pocket expense I could pay. We were able to come to a reasonable agreement and I was able to get my repairs done. Delta was great to work with in that instance. I look forward to more great interactions with them.

I had to call them 3 times to cancel my policy, within 30 days period I did not receive my money back. 30 days money back guarantee only on a paper. A month later they fed me with promises "We sent you a check please wait 14 days" a few weeks later I called them and they said "We didn't send you the check we will send it within next few days. Again call them to confirm if it was sent and they say yes, waited for the check 14 days and didn't come. I called them they said again we will send it soon. So I'm fighting with them for a few months just to get my legal "30 days money back guarantee" and they still can't send me my money back

To save my precious hard earned money on my vehicle bills, I decided to purchase an extended warranty but I didn't know from what company at first. I stumbled upon a company called Delta Auto Protect. I ended up liking this company for the following reasons which provoked me to remain with this company for the long term. The customer service representative told me everything I needed to know and everything was good when I purchased this warranty. I took my car out for repair and the claims process was very easy. I called them and told them I needed to bring my car to the shop. Then they told me to bring it to the shop, then call them, and then have the shop people call Delta Auto Protect when the shop figures out what the problem is. Delta Auto Protect's customer service rep was excellent and I was happy about how he handled my situation. Having the extended warranty service contract, I don’t worry about spending a lot of money if I experience a car trouble. The quality of their service is good. You would be a fool not to patronize Delta Auto Protect.

They have great road side assistance. I was on my way home from work when my breaks went out. I called Delta with my warranty in hand, and thankfully Delta has wonderful people working for them because they helped me in a heart beat. They had to tow my car to a nearby local shop. I also got a renter to use while waiting. A few days later, I paid my deductible and drove off a happy customer.
