Warranty claim. Delano responded to the claim immediately. Excellent communication. Same say resolution. Received the replacement bat within a week. Great product. Even better customer service. Can’t recommend this company enough!

The company is incredible and the bat is one in a million. I have had the best experience dealing with Delano. As a grandfather trying to provide for his Grandson i could not be more pleased. I look forward to making the next purchase soon.

Delano Bat Company was extremely expedient in replacing a broken bat. My son took a 2-seamer off the hands & the bat didn't survive. I followed the warranty claim portal instructions & the next morning I was very impressed that a new bat had been shipped to me. No excuses,no sidestepping, just a quick remedy to an issue. Thank you very much Delano Bat Company! You guys are the GOLD standard of customer service given the size of your operation.

The Delano gamer is a extremely hitable bat. The sweet spot is like my daughters Easton ghost, it's got be twice the size of a regular 243 turn. I feel very confident at the plate, great energy transfer and sound. I use a 34" bat usually and got that same size in the Delano, awesome results.

Bought this bat for my son to use during the summer. My son has had a lot of wood bats but said nothing compares to this one. He broke one on a Saturday and i did the warranty info and had a reply back in an hour and a new bat in a few days. Great bat and great company!!

Delano was great. They were very helpful in helping us locate the bat. The bat is awesome and my grandson loves it. Very hot straight out the box. Highly recommend.
