Julian, You and the top deck games team have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I look forward to serving your team for the years to come!
JP helped us review our current merchant account and make changes to be more profitable and compliant. We have access to a dashboard that gives us the information we need at our fingertips and eyes on our AR so we can get paid quicker.

Maria, Thank you so much for your kind review and being a valued client! We look forward to continue serving you in the years to come.
Thanks to JP at DeGross Consulting, we have seamlessly switched from our traditional (aka old :) merchant service terminal and technology to a modern & high tech one with both the handheld terminal with capability for Apple pay, text messages of receipts to our patients along with an easy to use online portal allowing us to easily process insurance credit card payments, schedule patients' payment plan coordination, and auto-posting of payments into our patients' accounts plus many other additional functionalities. JP is very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. He lends all the hand-holding needed to make sure things got transitioned smoothly.

Georg, Thank you for being a valued client! A payments journey is not always a direct one, and we are glad we could help get you the best solution possible.
JP is so easy to work with. He stays on top of everything and typically communicates information before I even have a chance to ask any questions. When I do have questions, he explains in a clear and concise manner. I refer DeGross Consulting to my own clients on a regular basis.
