I noted i don't have access to my MS Office, I tried to reach out to them but their website is no longer exists and I tried to call but they have not contacted me back. Please be careful. They might take your money and leave you hanging dry.

I am new to using a MacBook and was having trouble with Microsoft accepting the code I was sent. I asked for help, and a representative of Degitore sent me step by step simple instructions which made downloading and installing the software smooth and easy.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to Microsoft 365 for Mac (the one purchased a similar way 7 years ago having stopped working) The details arrived within minutes of placing my order and I can save my spreadsheets again.

Office 2024: The Web based activation was the only one that worked. The Phone based activation sent me a link for the Web based activation. The Internet based activation always failed.

I was experiencing installation issues with my purchase. Diana jumped right in and helped resolve all of the issues. Often issues arise with these things and it is service that makes the company and Diana represented the company at the highest level. I have the rating a 5 that is the highest I can give but they deserve a 10. Thanks for being there.

I've been using Digitore for years. They always have what I need when it comes to Microsoft products to keep my customers happy, as a freelance computer repair tech pricing is a big issue. With Digitore I can pass the savings on to my customers and friends. I've Never had an issue with anything in purchased and receive stellar customer service if I have a question. I've upgraded every singe computer in my family to Pro for the best security options. There is no other place I will go for my Microsoft products.
