Ben listens, he is knowledgeable in his area of expertise, he cares for his patients, and wants them to have an optimized health experience. He spends time explaining how things work, asks questions, goes over your test results with you and makes the experience personal for you. I will stay with Ben as my provider as long as he is with defy medical.

Kristian listens and so grateful I found her and the Defy team. One of the biggest reasons I will stay is that they email/portal message me. That way we aren't playing phone tag and both sides can reply when we have a minute. Between work and the kids it is impossible to get to the phone every time it rings. I have left practices because we have played phone tag for weeks trying to get anything done, I don't have time for that.
