He was very through understood my needs and offered practical solutions. I do think he could have been a tiny bit more thorough to talk me through the prescriptions (how to inject, sighs to watch out for etc) but overall very pleased

Respectful. Recognized my previous medical history. Heard my wishes to go in a different treatment direction from what I had been doing previously because of my concerns about poor service from a previous provider at a different company.
