Beth is fabulous. She is a great listener and offers valuable input. Luckily I haven't had any major needs since starting with Defy... but if things change I feel confidant that I have a knowledgable resource to help me figure it out.

Never met with Dr. Calkins but he was great. Came up with a great plan to get me “dialed” in even further.

I used a different company in the past who didn’t truly care about the well-being of their patients. My protocol was just a cookie cutter plan which was not specific to me and my levels. Defy is the complete opposite and I am very pleased with the experience so far! My provider spoke with me for about forty five minutes and answered every question I had. Definitely recommend Defy for any of your HRT needs.

Ben was great as always. We went over my lab work and made sure everything was looking good and within the parameters that we’re looking for. We also went over the specific labs that I requested independently to make sure that all my risk factors are virtually zero.
