Hi Genine, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the chance to clarify. We previously supported Spectrum Mobile bill payments; however, due to recent changes from the biller, we can no longer process them online. Spectrum Mobile now requires logging in with sensitive account credentials, which we are prohibited from requesting or storing to protect user privacy. In addition, they do not accept check payments, leaving us without a secure way to complete these transactions. We do, however, still support Spectrum Cable. We understand this may have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We’ve since replied directly to your email to discuss your options and how you'd wish to proceed. Your feedback is valuable, as it helps us improve transparency and enhance the Deferit experience.
