The AI voice mispronounced a few words. Especially in part 12.

Lots of spelling errors throughout. Plus, fast readers/comprehenders will find the pacing extremely slow. I sat for 5-10 minutes on each module waiting for the next module. Instead of taking 4 hours as promised, it was more like 6 hours.

Be very careful when choosing this company After going over the prices with other approved site this appeared to be the least expensive Payed and registered for course and completed Short after received a email stating they had made a mistake with my pricing and it now would cost a 100 bucks more What choice did I have but pay the additional cost I’d already invested and completed the course Was it a legitimate error or just a hook and bait

Hi Albert, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. When you registered for the course, you initially selected Maricopa County Juvenile Court, which has a lower court fee ($50). However, once you submitted your court documents, we saw that your actual court was Chandler Municipal Court, as clearly stated on the paperwork you provided. Chandler’s court fee is $135, set by the court—not by us. As a provider approved by the Arizona Supreme Court, we’re required to collect and remit the correct court fee on behalf of each student. We don’t control these fees, and every provider in Arizona is required to follow the same rules. You’re welcome to verify this directly with other providers or the court itself. We understand it’s frustrating to learn of additional fees after starting the course, but this was not a bait-and-switch. It was simply a correction based on the court information you gave us. We made sure your case was properly submitted so your completion would be recognized by the right court. If you have any questions or would like to discuss further, we’re happy to help.
The course is well-designed, informative, and I'm really enjoying the content. However, the reason for giving fewer stars is due to a recurring issue with the OTP and security question verification process. When prompted, I enter the correct OTP, and the system allows me to continue with the course. Despite this, it still shows a message saying "Incorrect OTP – 2 attempts left." After two such instances, the system asks for the OTP again and then locks me out, even though I had entered the correct OTP initially. If the system is verifying the OTP and granting access, it's unclear why it counts these attempts as failures and eventually restricts access. I hope this can be looked into and resolved, as it affects the overall learning experience.
