Good system. Haven't got any problems

Had a problem with a unit so contacted Deeper Support and they offered to check the unit. As the unit was under a warranty, everything was free. Deeper send me all paperwork for UPS. Got unit after two weeks back. Simple!

After randomly using my deeper for over 2 years suddenly didn't want to charge. I was ready to cut it open to check the battery but before that I contacted customer service even out of warranty. Without any hassle they helped me recover my deeper! Glad I didn't cut it open. They do stay behind their product and are here to help. Thank you Deeper!

I contacted the company as I was having a problem charging my Deeper Sonar due to my error in not closing the two halves correctly. They were very responsive and explained that water had probably damaged the major electronic components. Without asking they offered a refurbished replacement at at very reasonable price which was shipped promptly. I love my Sonar and the Customer service is excellent
