Great resource for research articles. Doesn't have everything I want, but it works well for my clinical experience. Especially in those time when UpToDate protocol seems too broad-based and not specific enough for patient I know very well.

By far the most economical option I've found for downloading scientific papers; doing so through individual publishers (especially if you're collating data from multiple sources) is both slow and expensive. I haven't used all the tools yet, but so far it's been perfect for my needs.

There are a large number of titles available that I can't find elsewhere. The articles are easy to find and very easy to print.
