I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Decor4homes. I have never done business with an online company that replied to my emails almost immediately and answered all my questions promptly and in such a friendly manner. The selection and pricing were excellent. The entire process was superb except for shipping. Granted I'm in Denver and this shipped from NH, but we ordered and paid on Oct. 6th, ready for pick up Oct. 8, the sofa won't be delivered till Nov. 9th.
