Hi Izzi. Thank you for your message. We do have free bonus offers, but eligibility can vary based on player account and activity. Please reach out to customer support so they can check on the available bonuses for you.
Wish there were more no deposit bonuses without pressure to make a deposit and the deposit amounts are high 😕

Hi Charlie. Thank you for sharing your feedback. New players are eligible to use one freebie before a deposit and then two consecutively between deposits. We also have some great match bonuses to make the most out of your deposits. The lowest deposit amount we have currently is $5 via Lightning Bitcoin. If you have any other questions or need help with anything, feel free to get in contact with our support team.

Well for the most part I really enjoyed by visit to decode casino up and to the point where I win and then it became quite the hassle. Verification process is running into the 11th day with no way to verify my living address. OTHER THEN A PDF FILE FROM MY BANK. the staff has been anything but courteous I've FELT downright hassled at times trying to get my money from him. I've submitted forms PDF files and was up front with them about the discrepancy on the ID to no avail. What was supposed to take 2 to 10 minutes is taking 2 to 10 days and working on another day.

Hi Chris. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand the verification process can sometimes take longer than expected. While we strive to complete verifications promptly, the volume of accounts we handle means it can occasionally take more time to carefully review all details. The additional verification was needed due to discrepancies in the information provided, which helps us maintain security and comply with regulations. We’re happy to see that your account was successfully verified after you left the review and that you were able to cash out. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you need any further assistance.
