It’s been a few weeks and I have not received my order and my gift I sent has not been delivered

I have not received purchase

I received a broken candle in my order and have not had a response to my request for a refund or replacement. My order number is 6420.

I had such high hopes, but I knew I was in trouble when I had to literally touch my nose to the wax to smell anything before the candle was lit. Once the candle was lit, as expected, it smells like absolutely nothing.

The candle burned badly and it smelled like soap! Total bust!
