My experience with ordering from this site is great. Theirs jewelry is very nice and matched the description. And customer service is great and helpful.

So far customer service has not been great. I emailed twice asking for an update about my order. They told me it would take 3 weeks from the date of purchase. They failed to provide any time window. Their response to my emails was not satisfactory. I would have responded more professionally and told my customer in a more empathetic tone that the order will go out as soon as possible and that we value your business. None of that was said to me. In fact I needed the teeka for an event. Not only will I not get it in time for the event but they lost a future customer and potential customers because had the product been nice it would have garnered attention and would have been a great way to promote their business.
