Fast shipping, great scents. Only problem was that one of the bottles unscrewed when I popped open the cap, causing some of the scent to spill. Other than that, good experience. Will buy from again if I have to.

Atomizer were a little damp from transit but I appreciated how the bottle cap was taped on. Overall it was a great experience and I have already placed another order. You guys have by far the best selection!!

My order came in two deliveries. It took a little longer than I would have preferred but being during the holiday season should have been expected. They were quick to respond to my email and made sure my experience was positive. I have since placed another order and look forward to trying many new fragrances.

All the decants were extremely weak and didn’t last. Seemed very watered down compared to the original bottles I have and even older decants I have bought from decantx in the past. De Marly Delina and Initio Side Effect were the worst of the bunch. Much, much weaker than the factory bottles I have. No complaints about this company before but something changed right around the time of their Black Friday sale. Update: I have raised my rating to four stars from one. Before this order they were great. I’ve ordered again recently and all were fine. As per their response maybe it was just a couple bad batches from Initio and PDM. I’ll update again if there are any changes for better or for worse.

Hello Shawn, Thank you for the feedback! We take these claims very seriously. We did not receive any correspondence form your regarding this claim and we would have absolutely replaced the order. Although we guarantee that the bottles are all fresh and purchased from authentic retailers, sometimes with niche brands the composition can vary batch to batch and we always want to hear this sort of feedback to better assist.
It was a delightful experience...Each purchase was a blessing to my nose. Keep the well packaged items coming.

I was buying 5 mil decants from some other stores. I find the 10 ml decants better for me, but few other places offer them. The reason I gave 4 and not five is because fragrances like Tom Ford and Floraku are much more expensive than other fragrances that have the same retail/volume price. The fact that these fragrances offer their own decants for cheaper or the same on their website also makes them less of a deal.
