Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your decal didn't arrive in the condition you expected. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that's difficult to install, especially after looking forward to using it. Our goal is for every decal to arrive ready for a smooth, successful application, so we're disappointed to hear that wasn't your experience. Based on your description, it sounds like the package may have been bent during transit, which unfortunately can happen on occasion. Regardless of how it occurred, we're sorry your decal didn't arrive in usable condition. If you're willing, please reach out to our customer support team with your order information so we can review your experience and see if there's anything we can do to help.
