I know I still owe them money but if they would work with me I lost my good paying job and now make a lot less than I want to pay it off so they can finish my bankruptcy case but they want the whole amount up front which if I had it I would have paid it plus my bills so I wouldn't have needed to file the man was rude and wouldn't work with me at all

Everything was great it all happened quickly except the discharge. And the communication is less than desirable.

The staff were very helpful and made sure I understood everything. Answered all my questions and kept me updated with everything.

Calls are not returned in a timely manner. Something it would take 1 week to get a return call.
