Lack of communication...ive been calling and texting everyone I've spoken to since my consultation. I understand they are busy but the point is to relieve some stress by getting help. Very stressful that I can't ask questions or anything as this is my first time doing this or even reaching out to a debt agency. I guess we just play the waiting game....

I filled a chapter13 back in 2017 I was told i was gonna to be in the chapter13 for three years however i make it into my 3rd year i find out an extra year has been added on meaning i will not be done until 2021 of October however i sent in a money order to my trustee and they're telling me they have not received it i been calling my. Attorney to report this issue no call back yet they blaming everything on Covid:19 i feel i if ive been ripped off ive invested to much money into this chapter 13 for us to be in the middle of a pandemic and someone telling you they haven't received a money order you mailed off to them 3 weeks ago there is a lot of things i could've have done with my 540 dollars.

Dear Debt Stoppers, His name is M.A/ My paralegal. I am giving initials. Hopefully you will know who I am refering to. I will be brief and right to the point. The continued support he has provided me has been unmeasureable. There has not been a time where I have reached out and he has not been there. The prompt as well as thorough response has been much appreciated. Never did I know I would experience less stress after requesting for assistance with this company. I was just unsure because it was a new situation and company. Everyone at Debt Stoppers have been so helpful. M.A / My paralegal has created that pathway for me to simply BREATHE after a very stressful situation. I am so gratefull to have him with me every step of the way. He is an angel assigned to my case, for which I will be forever grateful. Thank you

Debtstoppers started out as a great resource for us. However on our first hearing we received a continuance due to some errors on their part. I understand that with everything they do that it is easy to overlook or make mistakes. What I don't understand is why Daniel Huang, or Eugene Feldman wont return my calls for an explanation or an update of where we stand and how we are progressing. I still believe that this is the best company to go thru, but then again I am an optimist by heart. Still waiting on a call back and my first hearing was December 2. Be polite, be professional and call me back. Walter C. Tindall 12/8/2020 Was contacted by Daniel and all issues have been satisfactorily resolved. Case is proceeding nicely. I greatly appreciate the sincerity of the response from Debtstoppers.

Go with a different law firm! I was told on multiple occasions that "an attorney" would call me back! The girl that answer's the phone didn't even give the name of the damn attorney handling my case! I received a notice from the court indicating they are going to dismiss my case because of the incompetence of this office! Was told in May that I would have my court date via Zoom and it still hasn't happened and we're going into July! I really wish I would have went with Peter Francis Geraci like my family told me to!

Awesome!!! Everything was so easy and straight to the point!!! I had no worries!!!

Would strongly recommend them. Charges are on the higher side but they get the assignment done to your satisfaction.

I am new to this process but Tiffany, one of the attorneys, has made this process smooth thus far. She always returned my calls in a timely manner & always very pleasant. Thank you Tiffany you are Awesome!!
