All of my questions were answered correctly they were good about answering questions and returning your calls and responses to my messages whenever I needed for information required requirements and knowledge of knowing what they're doing was extremely helpful at ease the process I've trying to straighten out a problem

Overall, we have had a wonderful experience and have been very well taken care of. Our only frustration is it doesn't seem as any action is taken until we get a court summons. When that happens, Rob and his staff quickly get it attended to and taken care of. Debtors say they've received no notice of DSG's involvement. Regardless, we've always been treated with the utmost respect.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to review us. We sincerely appreciate your positive review and feedback. Some bill collectors will tell you almost anything in order to get you to pay them directly, including that they don’t work with third parties or that they havent heard from us. These tactics tend to be used by aggressive collectors who are paid a bonus or commission on what they collect. We will have someone reach out to you to find out which collectors may need some additional attention. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will use this to help improve our service! Please reach out to our client services department at (800) 395-5353 or [email protected] if you have any questions or comments regarding your account. Thank you for choosing Debt Rx Debt Relief!
