I have had the best experience with this company. I am drowning in credit card debt and I'm 66 years old with no savings. Yes I know it's my fault but I wanted to do something about it. When I called them they told me everything they could offer me. I cried on the phone. I am so relieved. For the first time in a long time I can breathe. I know I'm going to be okay financially. I would recommend this company to anybody. Their customer service is outstanding

I spoke with 3 different folks and all of them were very knowledgeable, helpful, not judgy. They called back when they said they would. The process hasn't started for me yet, and I'm a little apprehensive, but that's on me. Everyone is being so kind.
