The customer service has been terrific so far. It's not fun having to reach out asking for help but Gene was extremely kind & helpful. He walked me through each step. Good to know that I am not alone and there is a way out.

Taking the burden and doing something with it that I could never do by myself. I can breathe again.

Was very pleased with company. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this incase they need help as well! Jonelle Berment was the wonderful lady that helped me and was absolutely amazing at her job. I hope she gets recognized for all her hard work.
