We ordered the personalized mug and tray set for our coffee loving daughters’ birthday and when we opened the box it was broken during shipping . The customer service was great . Called me and expedited a new mug without any hassle and in time for her birthday. Our previous thought of 1 star is now 5 stars. Great customer support! Will shop here again.

Ordered a coffee mug, waited 2 weeks to find out.I was supposed to get it on a specific date then.I get another Email stating it's coming a week later. Extremely unprofessional if I would have known I would have not ordered from this company.
