Dear Apothecary is an independent, family-owned supplement company based in Vista, California. We’re one of the fastest growing supplement brands in the country, ranked in the top 1% of all Shopify stores. Our name comes from a time when the apothecary was the first person a family called: someone who knew you by name and took the time to explain what they were giving you and why. We started Dear Apothecary to bring that care back to supplements.Real people, fast answers. Support is handled in-house by our own team, never a chatbot or an outsourced call center. We aim to answer every email within 3 hours, and for bigger issues we’ll schedule a call back with a manager.Every formula is manufactured in the USA under the FDA’s cGMP standards by NSF-certified (NSF/ANSI 455-2) manufacturing partners. Batches are tested by an independent, ISO 17025 accredited lab for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbes. That process takes 8 to 12 weeks per product, while overseas production can reach market in 3. We think it’s worth the wait, and we will never move our manufacturing overseas.Formulas built on research. More than 50 formulas, each built around ingredients with research behind them at doses guided by the studies.Reviews you can trust. We don’t buy reviews. I am very glad I found Dearapothecary! I received world class customer service from Maya, as I had originally ordered the wrong products and needed to make changes. Maya handled it flawlessly and got me set up with the correct products. Happy to say I have found my source for my supplement needs.

I love the communication that the company shares with their customers and lets them know what to expect week by week. I am only on week one but hearing from them gives me the confidence that they may just be a true company looking out after my health I am really looking forward to week six to see how far I've come

I waited 1 month to add this review and I highly recommend this collagen blend especially for it's pasture raised, grass-fed bovine and egg shell and chicken sternum from all natural USA farmers. No hormones, no antibiotics. This is actually an American made product unlike 9 out of 10 other ones who import from foreign sources and you really don't know the age and quality or even if it's the real thing. The peace of mind on this product is half of it but the more important thing that everyone wants to know is if it work, right? It's works GREAT! My skin and hair are so much smoother after a month of regular use. My friends asked me if I'm using a Vitamin C 20%. No, nothing like that! The only change recently was my collagen routine add. So glad I tried it and I definitely recommend to others.

I've been ordering from Dear Apothecary for about 4 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. The products are quality and shipping is usually quick, but what really stands out is their customer service. Recently one of my orders got delayed by USPS and I wasn't sure if it was lost or just stuck somewhere. I reached out to their support team and Kraig got back to me right away. He helped track down the package and kept me updated the whole time. On top of that he gave me store credit for the inconvenience without me even asking. That's the kind of service you don't see much anymore. It's clear they actually care about their customers and aren't just trying to make a quick sale. I've ordered from a lot of supplement companies over the years and Dear Apothecary is one of the few I actually trust and will stick with. Highly recommend.

I’ve recently moved and made a mistake on my new address. I contacted customer support and Maya came to my rescue. I won’t bore with the details but, she has responded promptly and been wonderful at fixing my mistake. I’ve tried their creatine and love it! I look forward to trying more from this company. If the other products I’ve ordered, are as good as Maya’s customer care… I will be writing more reviews on the products. Good customer service is a rarely found in this day and age. Had to let people know my experience. - Thanks Maya
