I placed an order July 25th and the merchandise was delivered to me on Aug 05th via FedEx. Now that was quick. This is my first time ordering from Dealsyity; I will say I was very skeptical, mulling over this in my mind but after texting with Emma, she calmed my fears and I went ahead and placed my order. Emma was in constant contact with me via text and email through every step of the way; the ordering, fulfillment of the order and finally the delivery to my home. She emailed me actual photos of the bag, letting me know that this was the exact item that I would be receiving. Emma is an actual gem. She is definitely an asset to Dealsyity. Every company should have an employee with work ethics like Emma. I love, love, love my tote. It is expertly designed and I am a happy customer.
