We have been long time subscribers. The puzzle variety is great. We enjoy the different plots each month. The stickers are a nice touch and the artwork is clever. The only critiques we have is sometimes the order we need to do things is not always clear at first. We have to sometimes rely on the hints to get us on track.

I have been purchasing deadbolt mystery Society products for years now. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Not only is the product great so is their service. I have had the subscription for a few years and made many other purchases and every issue I have had has been resolved with fantastic customer service.

I've been a longtime fan of The Deadbolt Mystery Society and have purchased over 80 of their mysteries! The creativity, attention to detail, and immersive storytelling make every case a fun and engaging experience. Whether you're a seasoned detective or just getting started, there's something for everyone. Their customer service is equally impressive—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. It's clear they put a lot of passion into what they do. Highly recommend DMS to anyone who loves puzzles, mysteries, and a good challenge! 🕵️♂️🔎

Deadbolt Mysteries are fun puzzles. Using a combo of colorful pages, QR codes and sometimes little extra items included in your mystery, you get a great little mystery story that expands as you solve each puzzle. They have so many varieties of puzzles and stories. The monthly subscription is great so that you get a self-contained story each month. But they also have weekly mysteries and special one- time boxes usually with special holiday themes. Customer service is great and everything arrives on time and in great condition. Totally pleased and in my second year of subscriptions.
