Glasses are great but can't use for reading on my phone messages are blurry not clear to read

I am sorry to say that the glasses don not work for me as advertised. I can see out of the glasses for distance but sight out of the middle of the glasses are blurred and I can see thought bottom of glasses for close up reading but only if I lift them up so my eyes are looking through the very base of glasses. Not successful for me sadly.

Por vuestra parte todo perfecto llegó en el tiempo perfecto y se las ve perfectas. Desgraciadamente debí equivocarme en la graduación no veo nada con ellas. Debe ser dos graduaciones menos. Es posible un cambio? Pedí las de 58 o más, pero debe ser dos menos. No sé ¿como saber cuáles necesito?. Realmente me gustaría tener las correctas. Se puede solucionar?

These glasses are really nice and husband was happy with them..however he has been wearing them.less than 2 weeks and already the frame has snapped.. I don,t know if it,s poor quality materials but they were not damaged by him..
