This product should NOT be shipped folded!! I can't iron the creases out!

Wenn ein Hintergrund mit Weihnachtsmotiv in verschiedenen Größen angeboten wird, gehe ich davon aus, dass das Motiv in allen Größen "funktioniert". Leider ist das nicht so: bestellt man bei einem Querformat-Motiv die Größe 3 x 3 Meter, wird das Motiv einfach "gestreckt". Also völlig verzerrt. Die Weihnachtskugeln haben die Form von Ostereiern. Man wird auf diese Streckung nicht hingewiesen vor dem Kauf. Bei der Reklamtion bekommt man dann gesagt: "Aber aufgrund der Größe Ihrer Bestellung und der Tatsache, dass Sie keine besonderen Anforderungen angegeben haben, ist unser Standard, das Originalbild zu strecken, um es zu erreichen." Immerhin bieten sie mir an, wenn ich die 12,99 Porto zahle, nochmal das korrekte Motiv zu schicken. Nie wieder!

Backdrop nothing like picture looked end up not using

THe frame was way too flimsy for the backdrop. We ended up not using it - it wouldn't stand up. I think maybe you sent the wrong frame. Please refund our purchase.

Not going to use the product I ordered. Chose the color “Ivory”…that actually looked slightly green. Not flattering.

Still haven't received it after almost a month. Will not purchase here again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Rubbish quality and looks nothing like the image online. They refused a return/refund too. Waste of time and money.

Package never arrived and not getting any answer on who the carrier was just we will get back to you.
