Customer beware! Bought a Groupon for one cleaning and now they are trying to charge me for the monthly service. I stated I only wanted the service I paid for upon scheduling the cleaning person and no repeat service. Now more than 8 months later they started charging me 49.00 a month for a service I have never received again, without warning! To top it off, it took six no shows before someone finally showed up for the cleaning. It was beyond frustrating. I purchased the Groupon in January of 2023, dealt with all the no shows, finally got the house cleaning in May of 2023 and three months later they started charging me.

I had a scheduled cleaning today that was booked over a week ago, I got an email the "Bernadette" or Oluyinka which was the name on email, but the picture said Bernadette. I have family coming to town so I wanted a deep cleaning that was scheduled at 10:00, she messages that she would be late as her cleaning that she had YESTERDAY TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED...YESTEDAY MIND YOU. I get a message that she will be arriving at 1PM if that was ok, since I have company arriving tonight, I said 1PM is fine here we 2:00PM and I do not hear from her or this DAZZLING Cleaning. Book with a reputable company that you can contact and communicate with because $19.00 will get you what you pay for which is BS! RUN don't do the membership the headache is not worth it. If you decide to stay or go with it do NOT choose Olayinka "BERNADETTE". I'm still trying to figure out how to give her a 1...no a ZERO.

We had a great first time cleaning, then for the second one, no one showed up. No answer from cleaner. No phone number to call and talk to a live person. If I cancel the 6th month membership now, it is around $145. The help area of their website just gives you a run around. They lie about being able to contact a live person. DO NOT sign up with this company.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this scam company!!!!! This is an absolute fraud and be aware of their scammed contract!!!! Not to mention their "background checked cleaners" who won't even clean anything!!!! I Had 4 times services and all 4 were horrible!!! Paying over $100 for 2 hours cleaning that not even worth $10 is just a scam and a horrible experience each time I say it might be that cleaner and a bad luck to me!! I wouldn't review them bad coz I know they are trying to make a living, but the biggest problem is the company itself not the cleaners, since they would charge you $50+ just for the subscription not including the service,which is another $50+!! And you can't cancel unless you pay their discounted first time which is why it's insanely discounted!!!!! That's the bait!!!!! The first service you get then it's a fraud, you have to continue using them and waste money ,or cancel and waste money or get a bad service or no service at all and still waste more money!!!!! O was at the hospital delivering my baby and didn't use their service since no cleaner contacted me till it's no way to happen!! Yet they charged me for nothing!!! The month after, I asked and paid for three hours service while I only got two hours with barely anything got cleaned!! I did most of the job and was charged for more time that I didn't get a service for!!!!! Now I can't get a refund because It's my fault????? They charge me more and it's my fault????? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This business is a total scam. They give you credit to try a first cleaning and then charge you 250 dollars when you want to quit the service, stating that that is the credit they gave you for the first cleaning. A total total scam, terrible customer service and bordering on being a fraudulent organisation.

Just like any other subscription based platform, your ForeverClean subscription automatically renews unless canceled even if you use it or not. ForeverClean membership automatically renews on a monthly basis and your card will be charged your monthly membership fee (taxes may apply) unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle. Membership fees are due immediately upon renewal and are non-refundable. As a reminder, your Forever Clean membership can be cancelled anytime. However, if you cancel before 6 paid months you will be charged a First Service Discount Adjustment equivalent to the standard price of your first cleaning which is $166.97 $166.97 is the difference between your 1st cleaning at full price $187.54 = (($25 cleaner + $30.00 platform)/hr x 3 hrs + $8.25 for 5% transaction fee + $14.29 for 8.25% sales tax) and your voucher-discounted price $20.56 ($19 plus taxes).

I had a booking done for the first time for 3 hour cleaning to be done by Mr Daniel today at 10 am . ‘I've been looking at the picture you sent me, and it seems there's a discrepancy in the appointment date. On your end, it appears as Monday, while on my end, it shows as today. Given this confusion, you should be able to cancel the appointment without incurring any charges. I don't have access to transportation I only take busses and lack a vacuum, so it's best to proceed with the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏’ This the message I got from him . Do not use this company! Don’t believe me just look at the company on the better business bureau. So many similar complaints. Dazzling clean broke their contract and charged me 237.00 for a cancellation fee !
