Glitchy system
Apart from looking cool, this POS system is very glitchy! I'm running the POS system for restaurants and every time I attempt to join bill my entire system crash. I have 2 bills that are frozen in my order list since last year. For some reason I cant click it to process payment. Couple times I've printed/ reset my day and all 0's show on my closing off report. Customer service response time is quick, but they all turn you around in circles having you do the same thing. I've gotten 3 different tickets for the same issues!!! I've shown then pictures and videos of the issue. They all stop responding after a certain time. Ohh!! and of course, one of them even blamed the pandemic!!

Hi. We hate to hear that you're still having issues. We have tried to look into your issues each time you bring it to us, but when we log into your account, we don't see the same issue that you're seeing and we can't fix something we can't see. We always start any tech support with the same steps to verify what has and hasn't been completed, sorry for the circles, but it's something we have to do with each person. You always have full access to your reporting by logging into your dashboard, that will never show 0's. Your xz report that you say shows 0's is a report that can be reset by any team member, and you will get 0's when you print it, but it can glitch from time to time, but as stated, it is always in your dashboard. We don't blame the pandemic for your issues, we said the pandemic decreased our staff of engineers and it would take longer to look at your issue. Thank you for taking the time to post a review and mentioning that we are quick to respond and have a cool system. We enjoy chatting with you each time you reach out and always wish you the best in your business.
