These are decent- ish leads but once in a while you get someone that definitely doesn’t fit your filters and getting refunds can take a second. Gus Viart is why I’m giving five stars. He’s good at his job!

Great company with great staff. The best live transfer company that I have dealt with, web platform is very intuitive, refund process is easy and very technology forward. Rachael Holdman was my account rep and she is great, helped me and my staff through every step and any concerns. Would defiantly recommend to all my agency friends!

Rachel Holdman was by far the best of the best managers that I could ever have had. I am sad to no longer have her! She was amazing!

Over the last year I have written business through datalot. Dave Nelson has been a tremendous help in navigating through the datalot platform. By have a dedicated account manager partnering with our brokerage has been invaluable. His communication has always been prompt and address any questions I have.

I have nothing but good things to say about my relationship with Datalot. My Account Manager, Rachel Holdman, is THE BEST ! She reviewed my results and calls and suggested some tweaks to the criteria and we had an almost immediate increase in close %. From the sales process (Leslie) to service (Rachel), great teamwork!

I have always had a great experience with customer service whenever I have had any questions or clarifications. David Nelson has be great. I have used other vendors for this same kind of product and the quality is not as good. I really do get better close rates with Datalot. And they are very fair about refunds for bad leads. But they do have less than most. I would highly recommend them.

We absolutely LOVE Datalot. They are the #1 Live transfer provider which our company utilizes on a daily basis. David Nelson is by far the best account manager I have ever dealt with. He answers all of my questions in a timely matter and checks in regularly to ensure our agency is optimizing our return on investment. I would highly recommend Datalot to any insurance company trying to aggressively grow their business. Vinnie Kruzinski
